All three self-contained 2-bedroom units have the same basic layout that includes kitchen / dining / lounge, a full bathroom and second toilet in a 10 × 10 metre footprint. However, each kitchen and bathroom was redesigned slightly to meet the individual needs of residents. All units feature timber joinery from Select Custom Joinery.
