It’s been a tough year for everyone. 2020 brought fire, smoke, hail, flood and covid-19 to our local community. All these things caused delays in the development of our cohousing community but the Stellulata team also had to have patience with planning and bureaucratic delays and a complete government shutdown for the election of the ACT Legislative Assembly.
Our Development Application is ready to go and the prerequisite Variation to the Territory Plan is also ready for a period of public consultation, hopefully starting in November 2020. We will soon be asking our supporters to respond to that process and we are ready to take on board any further suggestions.
