Construction of the Stellulata Cohousing building is moving quickly now. Of course, “getting out of the ground” appears to be a slow process but we are optimistic that the concrete slab will be poured before the Christmas.

Our Development Application has now been approved and we are looking for a builder! Stellulata Cohousing is seeking expressions of interest to build three attached single-storey units and one shared building in Ainslie.

After all the administrative frustrations of the last few years, we are very pleased to welcome two new members into our Stellulata Cohousing community. We now have future residents for each of the three units in our development.
